My Present
Hello, I'm Polly Winn, Yacht and Concierge Manager. In this capacity, I oversee all yachts under 24 meters in our fleet, collaborating closely with our exterior maintenance team to ensure top-notch service delivery. Additionally, in my role as Concierge Manager, I spearhead a newly established department catering to the needs of yacht & villa owners, brokers, and crew. Through our diverse Concierge Services, spanning from Lifestyle Services to Health & Wellness, I curate bespoke experiences tailored to each client's preferences, which is an exciting, challenging and rewarding role.

My Past
Before joining SYM, I embarked on a journey in the hospitality sector, gaining invaluable experience across various countries such as Greece, Australia, and Switzerland. In 2000, I joined the yachting industry, starting as a Dayworker and steadily progressing to the position of Chief Stewardess. Over seven years, I traversed the Mediterranean, the East Coast of the US, and the Caribbean, honing my skills before settling in the scenic South of France. Joining SYM in 2009 under Ben's leadership marked a pivotal moment in my career. Following a brief hiatus to explore other interests, I'm thrilled to be back at SYM, eager to contribute to its growth and success.

My Future
Looking ahead, I am committed to furthering my role as Yacht Manager, especially as our management fleet continues to expand. Simultaneously, I am driven by the challenge of driving the evolution of our Luxury Concierge Department, aiming to elevate our service offerings to new heights.

My Outside-office Life
Beyond the confines of work, I love to travel and love an excuse for a party!
