Hello there, and thank you for stopping by. I'm Lisa Martinez, currently at the helm as Managing Director of Fairport Europe, where we're on a mission to redefine excellence in yacht management.

Joining Fairport in 2022 felt like a natural fit. The company's values align closely with my own, setting the stage for an exciting journey ahead.

Yacht management isn't just a job to me; it's a commitment to supporting all stakeholders, from owners to crew. With 18 years of experience in the industry and a genuine passion for what I do, I lead our teams with enthusiasm and professionalism.

My core values revolve around company culture, client satisfaction, and authenticity. Holding certifications in yacht management demonstrates my dedication to continuous learning and improvement.

My Past

Hailing from Liverpool, England, and raised in a family with a maritime background, my journey into yachting was somewhat inevitable. Starting as an engineering assistant, I quickly rose through the ranks, eventually managing a fleet of prestigious vessels.

My Future

Looking ahead with Fairport Global, I aim to foster growth and innovation. My leadership style revolves around leading by example and charting new paths rather than following trends.

My Outside-office Life
My French husband and I have 3 smart and beautiful children and have the cutest dog called Angel.

Passionate about behavior analysis , psychology, personal development. My belief in energy and its effect on our health and well-being brought me to expand this knowledge and achieve Reiki certification. 

Couldn’t live without music and enjoy anything from Steely Dan to Gill Scott Heron to Drizabone.
