My Present
Hi, I'm Johanna Cudiamat, currently serving as the Crew Manager at SYM/Fairport Global. In this role, I oversee crew contracts and ensure timely payroll processing for the yachts under our management. Since April 2019, I've been an integral part of this dynamic team.

My Past
I hail from the picturesque South of France and pursued my education in Nice, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. During my academic journey, I embarked on an internship that sparked my interest in the yachting industry. This internship, at a budding yacht brokerage firm, exposed me to diverse tasks in marketing and administration, igniting my passion for the maritime world.

Following my graduation, I eagerly stepped into the yachting realm, with SYM/Fairport Global offering me my inaugural professional opportunity. It's been a rewarding journey ever since, where each day presents new challenges and opportunities for growth.

My Future
Looking ahead, I am enthusiastic about expanding my expertise and delving deeper into the intricacies of the yachting domain. I aim to continually enhance my skills and contribute meaningfully to the industry's evolution.
