Deyluis Estremera

My Present

Hi there! My name is Deyluis Estremera, and I am a Charter Broker Assistant at Northrop & Johnson.

In my role, I support the broker by handling logistics, preparing contracts, managing client preferences, coordinating with captains and crew, and keeping everything organized in the CRM. I also act as a communication hub, making sure clients, brokers, and yacht teams stay aligned so the charter runs smoothly from inquiry to completion.

My favorite part about my job is helping create unforgettable experiences for clients. At the same time, one of the biggest challenges is managing many moving parts at once. What makes my position unique is that it offers a full behind-the-scenes look at unique destinations and beautiful yachts.

My Past

I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Miami, where I grew up around energy, culture, and a fast-paced lifestyle that naturally pulled me toward the luxury world. I started in property management, where I learned how to operate at a high level and deliver for demanding clients. I later stepped into the yacht industry as an account manager with Fairport.

After three years of mastering the operational side, I made the move into a more client-facing role, where I can bring together precision, personality, and experience to help create standout charter experiences.

My Future

Looking ahead, my goal is to continue growing within the charter space and progress into a broker role, where I can take full ownership of client relationships and deliver end-to-end charter experiences. I am focused on building the network, market knowledge, and deal-making skills needed to operate at a high level and consistently close standout charters.

My Outside-Office Life

Outside of work, I am all about staying active and tapped into what I enjoy. You will usually find me on a basketball court or at a bar watching MMA or boxing fights on the weekends. I also make it a priority to stay close with my family and spend time with the same tight-knit group of friends I have grown up with.

I value good energy, real loyalty, and the kind of circle that keeps me grounded while I keep leveling up.
