My Present

Hello, my name is Amanda, and I am a Senior Yacht Accounts Manager at Fairport. In my role, I provide comprehensive financial support to vessel owners and captains, including managing monthly financials, budgets, debit cards, accounts payable, payroll, and crew-related matters. I also play a key role in training new accounting and administrative staff in our Palm Beach office.

My Past

I was born in New Jersey but moved to South Florida at a young age, and I consider myself a true Florida native. I studied accounting at Santa Fe College in Gainesville before returning to Fort Lauderdale (the yachting capital of the world) after graduation. My background in accounting has allowed me to work across several dynamic industries, including restaurants, hospitality, and aviation. Since joining Fairport Yacht Support in 2017, I have continued to develop my expertise within the yachting industry.

My Future

I am committed to continuous personal and professional growth, always striving to improve each day. I believe in understanding every aspect of my work so I can approach challenges with confidence and clarity. I embrace new opportunities, take calculated risks, and view every experience as a chance to learn and grow. Persistence and determination are at the core of my mindset. I don’t give up.

My Outside-Office Life

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and planning my next travel adventure. Coming from a large Italian family, one of my favorite traditions is cooking Sunday gravy/sauce (depending on where you’re from) and gathering around the table with loved ones, something I truly cherish.
